Jersey City Bike Share

Increased social media follows, reach, mentions and impressions across all platforms solely utilizing organic efforts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). We took a customer-based approach, curating posts around 6 strategic content categories, plus sponsored content. Each month we generated a report to optimize our efforts and clearly communicate that to the client. We found that users felt more connected to the brand through heavily user generated content, so we created two influencers videos with bloggers in Jersey City to cross promote and reach new audiences.
