Easter eggs are a big part of the films, especially the Marvel movies which are just filled with easter eggs from other Marvel movie or some old classics. The audience gets to play detective for a bit and decode these hidden easter eggs, and it’s super fun.KFC did something similar on Twitter this month.
If you check KFC’s Twitter account you can see they are only following 11 people, and it’s common to see big brands follow very few users on their Social media. But why follow only 11 people and who are they?
Let’s have a look on who they follow on Twitter and see if you can find the easter eggs.
Still didn’t get it? Don’t worry the only person to realise the hidden easter egg was Mike Edgette @edgette22 , social media manager for TallGrass Public Relations.
It was a cool way for KFC to tell everyone they use 11 herbs and spices in their recipes and all they needed to do was to follow the Spice girls and a bunch of people called Herbs.
For finding this out Mike managed to get a really cool painting of himself riding on KFC founder Colonel Harland Sanders’ back, waving a piece of chicken, with a background of purple mountains’ majesty. He also received a letter and 52 $5 gift cards from KFC.
